Return Policy – The Bangalorean Darzi

At The Bangalorean Darzi, we aim to provide the best possible experience with every purchase. If for any reason the product is damaged from our end, you can return the product for a full refund of the amount paid in form of a Discount Coupon. Please note, returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from The Bangalorean Darzi website. Any return requests for items bought from third-party retailers or other distributors will not be accepted.

We offer a 7-day Return Policy, which allows you to return items purchased from thebangaloreandarzi.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Policy
We currently do not have an exchange policy in place.

Criteria for a Valid Return
To ensure your return is processed, please make sure that:

• All original tags are still attached, and the item is in its original packaging.
• The product has not been used.
• The product is unwashed and free from any damage.

Note: For claims regarding missing items or receiving incorrect products, we strongly recommend recording a video of the unboxing process. Issues should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without video evidence will not be processed.

Return Process
We offer free returns for:

1. Incorrect products (wrong style).
2. Wrong size (different from what was ordered).
3. Defective or damaged items.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will conduct a thorough quality check. If the product does not pass this check, it will be sent back to you.

Note: In cases where orders are shipped from different warehouses, each product should be returned in its original packaging from the respective shipment.

How to Return a Product to The Bangalorean Darzi

Unsuccessful Pick-up Attempts
